The National Coalition Against Censorship is dedicated to defending freedom of thought, inquiry and expression. 

NCAC supports students, artists, educators, curators, creators, writers, protestors and activists. We advocate for a multiplicity of voices in the public and cultural spheres as the foundation of a healthy democracy. Our work includes education, advocacy, guidance and incident intervention at national, state and community levels. Our marquee programs include the Youth Free Expression Program, Arts Advocacy Program and the Kids'​ Right to Read Project.
