Jaimie Duffek is an experienced professional in the sports recruiting industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of Partner Events at NCSA College Recruiting since June 2012, a role that follows positions as Director of Softball, Head Softball Recruiting Coach, and Recruiting Coach within the same organization. Prior to this, Jaimie held the position of Senior Softball Recruiting Coach at NCSA Next College Student Athlete from November 2016 to December 2020. Early career experiences include internships with Chicago Twenty Something and Dupage Dragons, where Jaimie supported event planning and promotional activities. Jaimie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Sociology from Drake University, completed in 2012.
