Allison M. Hermes is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the cooperative and organic food sectors. Currently serving as Promotions Programs Senior Manager at National Co+op Grocers since September 2017, Allison develops comprehensive plans and strategies for promotions executed at over 200 retail co-op locations. Previously, as National Director of the P6 Cooperative Trade Movement at Seward Community Co-op, Allison led initiatives to promote locally sourced products. Allison's earlier roles at Organic Valley included managing marketing campaigns and coupon programs, alongside experience in online merchandising and buying at Sears Holdings Corporation. With a Master of Science in International Business and Development from the University of London-Birkbeck College and a Bachelor of Science in Retail Merchandising and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Allison combines practical expertise with strong educational credentials.
