Mohan Ramaswamy

Mohan Ramaswamy serves as the Dean of the NDU Library and Learning Center at the National Defense University since July 2018, where responsibilities include providing administrative leadership and aligning library services with institutional needs. Previously, Ramaswamy held various positions at North Carolina State University, including Director of the Natural Resources Library, and at Emporia State University, where contributions included teaching and mentoring students in library information management. Ramaswamy’s academic career also features tenure at Kansas State University as a tenured associate professor and science librarian, with significant involvement in repository services and open journal publishing initiatives.
