Suzanne Logan has been a Senior Advisor at the US Office of Personnel Management's Employee Services since February 2021. In this role, they have been responsible for program execution, planning and development efforts (technical, administrative, and managerial issues), as well as being assigned to highly challenging, critical and sensitive projects such as the Future of Federal Work. Suzanne has also participated in and led organizational units, project teams, committees, and task forces.
Through work personally performed, Suzanne directly supports the ES Associate Director in the areas such a project/contract management, workforce planning, employee development, information technology. Suzanne is also the key program official responsible for planning, executing, and managing organization-wide initiatives such as research and recommendations for reorganization of Employee Services centers. Additionally, Suzanne facilitates workflow management, research and development, and internal and external communications with key stakeholders. Suzanne also develops strategic approaches to talent acquisition and management, learning management systems, contracting and procurement, financial management, and space/facilities.
In their role as a liaison between the ES Associate Director and management services both internal and external to ES, Suzanne promotes effective communications and resolution of issues as well as provides a wide range of management reports. Suzanne is also actively involved in Board of Directors for the Federal Acquisition Institute.
Suzanne Logan has an EdD in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University and a BS in English from Midwestern State University.
