Judith Johnson

Judith Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing and quality management. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at the National Democratic Institute since July 2010, Judith has previously held positions as Audit, Risk & Controls Manager, and Quality Improvement Manager at Kaiser Permanente from 2000 to 2010. During this time, responsibilities included managing Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and supervising complex audits. Judith's earlier role as Senior Internal Auditor at AARP involved conducting comprehensive audits for a 33 million member organization and leading cross-departmental business process reviews. Judith holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tuskegee University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
