Yosra Sassi

Yosra Sassi is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in subgrant management and compliance. Currently serving as Finance and Operations Manager at the National Democratic Institute since September 2020, Yosra has a proven track record in assisting partners with subgrant applications and providing financial management training. Prior experience includes serving as a Subawards & Compliance Officer and Finance Assistant at Mercy Corps, where responsibilities encompassed conducting pre-award assessments, maintaining financial documentation, and ensuring compliance. Yosra's career commenced with roles in teaching and various internships, building a diverse skill set in operations, communication, and client services. Yosra holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, and Media from the University of Carthage.
