National Democratic Training Committee
Anna Machalski is a skilled trainer at the National Democratic Training Committee, fostering the development of candidates, campaign staff, and local activists through various training formats since December 2019. As a Senior Principal at Bonterra since August 2022, Anna leverages extensive experience, previously serving in partnerships at BallotReady and as Illinois Director at the Roosevelt Institute. Additional roles include GOTV Director at NextGen Climate, Organizer for the SEIU and the Graduate Employees' Organization, and a fellow at the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. Anna's early career features teaching English and advising in residential life at Bryn Mawr College, where a Bachelor of Arts degree was obtained.

The National Democratic Training Committee offers free, interactive online training for Democratic candidates running for office. It doesn't matter how big or small your race may be. We want to help. There is no litmus test. We do not take stances on issues or make endorsements. We aim to empower any Democrat who wants to be involved in local politics the tools needed to be successful. We believe by working with local candidates, we can accomplish three goals: improve the performance of every Democrat up and down the ticket, elect more Democrats to office, and create a deeper bench of qualified candidates for higher office.
