Roda Musmar has a strong background in training operations and customer service, currently serving as the Live Training Operations Manager at the National Democratic Training Committee since June 2019, after progressing through roles as Live Training Operations Associate and Live Training Intern. Prior experience includes serving as a Hostess at Francessca’s from November 2018 to October 2019 and working as an Account Manager at Benefit Management Associates from August 2018 to April 2019. Roda earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago, completing studies in 2019.

The National Democratic Training Committee offers free, interactive online training for Democratic candidates running for office. It doesn't matter how big or small your race may be. We want to help. There is no litmus test. We do not take stances on issues or make endorsements. We aim to empower any Democrat who wants to be involved in local politics the tools needed to be successful. We believe by working with local candidates, we can accomplish three goals: improve the performance of every Democrat up and down the ticket, elect more Democrats to office, and create a deeper bench of qualified candidates for higher office.
