National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NDC) is a non-profit legal entity established by Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Its mission is to provide depository, registrar, clearing and trustee services that own the best operational-settlement systems and provide high quality and optimal cost by applying modern technologies in line with international standards. NDC acts as a National Numbering Agency in Azerbaijan. NDC is a member of the following international organizations: ANNA (Association of National Numbering Agencies), ISSA (International Securities Services Association), AECSD (Association of Eurasian Central Securities Depositories).
