Charles Landry has a work experience of over 20 years in various roles within the real estate and development industry. Charles began their career as a Field Engineer at Perini Corporation in 1997 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, Charles served as an Estimator at Spaulding & Slye Colliers. Charles then joined McCall & Almy in 2003, where they held the position of Senior Vice President for over a decade. In 2015, Charles joined National Development as a Senior Vice President in Asset Management, a role they currently hold.

Charles Landry attended Matignon for an unknown period of time. Charles then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry at Providence College from 1992 to 1997. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University between 1995 and 1997. Lastly, Charles earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1999 to 2003.
