Anthony Knopps is an esteemed academic and media consultant with extensive experience in global food policy, international media assistance, and higher education. Currently serving as an Affiliated Faculty Member at the Global Food Institute at the George Washington University, Knopps collaborates to tackle pressing food-related challenges. As an Expert/Consultant with the National Endowment for Democracy, Knopps advocates for global democratic progress. Additional roles include Strategic Media Consultant for Vietnam Television and the U.S. Department of State- Georgian Media Partnership Program, along with teaching positions at Adrian College, Southern New Hampshire University, and The George Washington University, where Knopps instructs on topics such as Interpersonal Communications and International Relations. Previously, Knopps held leadership positions in media organizations, including Content Director at TEGNA and Assistant News Director at WTVG-TV. Knopps earned a Master’s Degree in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Missouri.
