Thomas Tarka, PE, is a Senior Fellow at the National Energy Technology Laboratory's (NETL's) Strategic Systems Analysis and Engineering (SSAE) Directorate. Thomas also oversees the Critical Minerals and Materials (CMM) research at NETL's Research & Innovation Center. Previously, Thomas served as a Legis Congressional Fellow at The Brookings Institution and worked as an Energy Engineer at Energetics.
