Ashley Howe has extensive experience in data management and digital optimisation. Currently serving as the Head of Data and Optimisation at National Express LTD since January 2017, Ashley is responsible for overseeing the UK conversion rate optimisation (CRO) testing programme and enhancing digital analytics capabilities, managing a small team and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Prior to this role, Ashley worked at E.ON UK from April 2011 to December 2016, holding positions as a Digital Optimisation Analyst, where responsibilities included supporting multivariate testing and managing in-house A/B tests, and as a Content Executive, focused on website content production and maintenance. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Production from the University of Lincoln.
