Jim Grimme has extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as a Senior Field Engineer at Schneider Electric since 2019. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Cogeneration Electrical Reliability Engineer at NEW-INDY CONTAINERBOARD LLC from 2013 to 2016, and served in the US Navy from 1992 to 2012 as a MUSE Technician. Additionally, Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne and completed the Army Prime Power School from 1995 to 1996. Currently, Jim is also a Senior Field Technician at National Field Services, Inc.

National Field Services opened for business in 1996, with a focus on providing regional customers with heavy onsite equipment testing, commissioning and startup services. We have since expanded into offering engineering, maintenance, disaster recovery, protection and control, NFPA 70E implementation, electrical asset management and electrical consulting services, in addition to safety and technical training. In that time we have also expanded our service region. From our three offices in Texas and two offices in Nevada, we serve much of the southern and western United States and have the ability to mobilize to any other region of the country as well.
