Tom Sexton is an experienced legal professional with over 25 years at the National Futures Association, where Tom has served as President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as Senior Vice-President, General Counsel, and Secretary. In these roles, Tom Sexton has managed all legal affairs, strategic planning, rule development, enforcement, corporate governance, and congressional activities for the organization, including over 15 years as General Counsel. Prior to the National Futures Association, Tom Sexton practiced law as an Associate at Ogden Murphy Wallace, focusing on civil litigation and municipal law. Tom Sexton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from the University of Notre Dame, an M.B.A. with a Finance concentration from Loyola University Chicago, and a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.
