Parm Johal currently serves as the Lead Finance Business Partner for National Gas Services, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Parm accumulated extensive experience at Jaguar Land Rover from May 2012 to January 2023, progressing through several positions including Finance Business Partner for Product Development, Finance Manager for Capital & Investment Planning, and Senior Finance Analyst roles in Product Development Profit Modelling and Warranty Finance. Earlier experience includes serving as Financial Reporting Manager at Police Mutual from February 2011 to May 2012 and working as an Audit Assistant Manager at Deloitte UK from September 2007 to February 2011.
