Joel Martell

Joel Martell possesses extensive experience in energy management and policy, currently serving as Lead Analyst in Customer Energy Management at National Grid since June 2022. Prior roles include Senior Analyst in the same department, Director of Technical Services at the North American Insulation Manufacturers Association, and Program Manager for Energy and Green Building at the National Association of Home Builders. Additional experience includes serving as an Energy Specialist at American Installations, Energy Policy Fellow at McBee Strategic Consulting, and Contractor at Greg Clark General Contracting. Joel Martell holds a Master of Science in Energy Science and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and dual bachelor's degrees in Biology and Health Science from Castleton University.
