Matthew Bard

Matthew Bard has over 14 years of experience in change management and process improvement within the energy and financial sectors. Currently serving as Lead Change Manager at National Grid since May 2009, Matthew drives adoption strategies for over 2,600 employees, coaches executives, and designs workshops to enhance employee engagement. Previous roles include leading change management for IT system conversions, facilitating strategic direction workshops for engineering teams, and optimizing processes for cost savings using Project Management and Lean methodologies. Academic accomplishments include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Babson College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Connecticut.
