Philip Decicco

Philip DeCicco has extensive legal experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at National Grid since August 2006. In this role, Philip has held various positions, including VP of Regulation and Pricing for New York and Senior Director of Gas Field Operations and Regulatory Compliance. Prior to National Grid, Philip worked at Keyspan Corp as Senior Legal Counsel and at Long Island Lighting Company as Associate Counsel. Philip earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University.
