Kamel C. El Halabi

Kamel C. El Halabi, PMP, Assoc CIPD, is a seasoned professional in talent management and people analytics, currently serving as Group Director of Talent Management & People Analytics at National Holding since October 2024. With extensive experience at BEEAH Group from June 2016 to October 2024, Kamel has held several roles including Senior Manager for Projects & People Analytics, Human Resources Business Partner, and Regional Human Resources Manager, leading various HR projects, managing organizational restructuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors systems. Prior experience at Al Jaber Group involved advisory roles in Employee Relations, alongside earlier positions in HR and internal auditing. Kamel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance from Haigazian University and is pursuing a Global MBA from Lebanese American University.
