Prior to their current role, Michelle worked as a Pharmaceutical Operations and Innovation Analyst at Bio-Manguinhos/Fiocruz and pursued their PHD and Master's degrees at IFRJ, conducting research on topics related to infectious diseases. Michelle also has a background in scientific initiation projects studying stem cells and apoptotic processes. Michelle holds degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Project Management, and Biological Sciences.
