Shelley Duguid Spears, PMP has extensive experience in business development, program management, corporate giving, employee engagement, and government relations. Formerly holding various director positions at Nortel and currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Program Management at the National Institute of Aerospace. Shelley also has a background in internal communications, community relations, and served as a Congressional Liaison Officer at FEMA. Spears holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Political Science from James Madison University.
