Kamie Roberts

Kamie Roberts has extensive experience at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) since August 1986, currently serving as Program Manager for the NIST AI Executive Order and previously holding positions such as Associate Director of the Information Technology Laboratory, Chief of Staff for the same laboratory, and Program Manager for various initiatives including Health Information Technology and Big Data. Kamie also served as Acting Division Chief in both the Software and Systems Division and the Statistical Engineering Division. Additionally, from October 2017 to October 2023, Kamie was involved with the National Coordination Office for Networking and Information Technology Research and Development, where roles included Director and Deputy Director. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from PennWest Clarion.
