Elio P. is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in project management and community health outreach. Currently serving as a Project Manager at The National Institutes of Health since September 2023, Elio also holds the position of CEO and Managing Director at IntelliHealth Consulting since January 2022, leading a minority-owned business focused on health and safety program development. Prior to these roles, Elio worked at CentroNía as a Health Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing budgets, compliance, and COVID-19 initiatives, as well as serving as a Bilingual Community Health Outreach Specialist. Earlier experience includes roles as an Exercise Physiologist and Community Outreach Coordinator at White Oak Physical Therapy and as a Physical Medicine Aide at Suburban Hospital. Elio holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Healthcare Management and Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
