Earlier career achievements include positions at Brookfield Multiplex and Ashe Morgan Winthrop, culminating in comprehensive expertise in property development, construction, real estate funds, and lending. Ruwani's foundation in finance was built during tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers in financial services and real estate. Ruwani's academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wollongong.
