Jonathan Rauch

Jonathan Rauch is a seasoned journalist and academic with extensive experience in writing and editing for prominent publications. Since 2007, Rauch has served as a contributing editor for Atlantic Monthly, where contributions date back to 1989. As a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution since 1996, Rauch focuses on governance studies. Additionally, Rauch has been a contributing editor and columnist for National Journal since 1981. A brief tenure as a correspondent for The Economist occurred from February 1995 to February 1996, and Rauch held a visiting fellow position at the American Enterprise Institute in 1989. Rauch earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University from 1978 to 1982.
