Janis Kramer

Janis Kramer serves as the Senior Director of Volunteer Engagement at the National MS Society since September 2015, where responsibilities include developing and implementing volunteer engagement strategies and leading a team of both direct and indirect reports. Prior roles at the National MS Society included Senior Manager and Community Engagement Manager, focusing on volunteer engagement and community relationships. Additionally, Janis held interim management roles at the American Red Cross, overseeing volunteer management and strategic direction, as well as executing training and recruitment initiatives. Janis began a career trajectory in marketing, holding positions at Sorel and Columbia Sportswear Company, and possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational and Strategic Communication from Marylhurst University.
