Xanthe Shrestha

Xanthe Shrestha has extensive experience in collections management and visitor services, currently serving as the Collections Stores Manager at National Museums NI since August 2023. Prior to this role, Xanthe worked as a Retirement Plan Administrator for the Northern Ireland Civil Service and held the position of Visitor Attractions Deputy Supervisor at Antrim Estates Company, Glenarm Castle. Xanthe's notable tenure at National Museums Northern Ireland from September 2018 to March 2022 involved working as a Collections Logistics Technician. Xanthe's foundational experience in collections management spans over a decade at The British Museum, where roles included Collections Manager, Assistant Collections Manager, and Visitor Host. Xanthe holds a degree in Chinese Language from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kingston University.
