Maoyi Huang is an experienced program manager and earth scientist currently serving as the Earth Prediction Innovation Center Program Manager at NOAA, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Maoyi Huang was a Program Manager at the Office of Science and Technology Integration, NOAA-NWS, where responsibilities included leading the COASTAL Act program.
