Randy Tebeest

Randy TeBeest, PfMP, currently serves as the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Programs and Administration at the NOAA Office of Marine and Aviation Operations, a position held since November 2019. With extensive experience, previous roles include Vice President of Environmental Programs at Earth Resources Technology, Inc. and Aerospace Program Manager for the Maryland Department of Commerce. Notably, Randy also held several leadership positions at NOAA from 2004 to 2013, including Commanding Officer of the NOAA Aircraft Operations Center and Senior Advisor to the Director of the NOAA Office of Marine & Aviation Operations. Additionally, Randy is a Business Owner at Iron River Coffee Company, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from William Howard Taft University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The College of New Jersey.
