Mike Packnett has served as president and CEO of Parkview Health since June 2006. Parkview is a not-for-profit healthcare system with over 12K employees and is the largest employer in northeast Indiana. Prior to Parkview, Mr. Packnett served as president and CEO at Mercy Health System of Oklahoma, and was employed with Sisters of Mercy Health of St. Louis and Sisters of Mercy Health in northwest Arkansas.
Mr. Packnett is active in the Fort Wayne community and serves on several boards, including Greater Fort Wayne, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, the Regional Chamber of Northeast Indiana, Manchester University, Global Leadership Summit, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership and Indiana Hospital Association, and the American Hospital Association Regional Policy board. Mr. Packnett received a BSBA, University of Central Oklahoma; MPH, University of Minnesota; and honorary doctorate, Trine University.

The National Park Foundation works to protect wildlife and parklands, preserve history and culture, educate and engage youth, and connect people everywhere to the wonder of parks.
