Dave Glassey serves as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at the National Portrait Gallery since February 2024. Previously, Glassey held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the British Olympic Association from April 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included financial sustainability and managing the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Tokyo 2020 Games. Other notable roles include Interim Deputy Chief Finance Officer at NHS Luton CCG and NHS South Commissioning Support Unit, and Head of Finance at the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG). Early experience includes positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Lombard Asset Finance Group. Glassey is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds the qualifications FCMA and CGMA.
