Liz Smith has a background in Economic and Social History from the University of Bristol. Since June 1997, Liz has held various roles in learning and engagement within the museum sector, working their way up to Director of Learning and Engagement at the National Portrait Gallery. Prior to their current role, Liz was the Assistant Director Learning and Interpretation at Royal Museums Greenwich. Through their tenure, Liz has accumulated valuable experience in developing educational programs and interpreting exhibits for diverse audiences.
