Megan Steinhauer

Megan Steinhauer currently serves as the HR Systems and Payroll Manager at the National Portrait Gallery since December 2022. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Payroll Manager at MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) from March 2022 to December 2022 and worked as a Senior Payroll Administrator at Majestic Wine from August 2021 to March 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Payroll and Benefits Manager at LW Theatres, Payroll Support at ACCO Brands, and HR & Payroll Manager at Global Infusion Group. Megan's extensive career also features over two decades at Overseas Exhibition Services Ltd, where responsibilities included Office, HR and Payroll Manager and Pension Scheme Trustee, and earlier positions at Andry Montgomery Limited, BNP Paribas, and The Princess Grace Hospital. Educationally, Megan earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA Hons in Humanities from The Open University.
