Matilda Kreider

Matilda Kreider serves as a Researcher II focusing on Wind Energy Deployment and Stakeholder Engagement at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory since March 2022, where projects involve evaluating equity in the offshore wind supply chain and studying the socio-economic impacts of wind development. Previously, Matilda worked as a Wind Community Planning and Equity Post-Graduate Intern at the Graham Sustainability Institute and contributed as a Research Assistant under Dr. Sarah Mills. Matilda's experience includes consulting for the US Environmental Protection Agency on electric vehicle adoption and providing research and communications support for various organizations, including Climate Nexus and The Wilderness Society. Matilda holds a Master of Science in Environment and Sustainability from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Communication with a minor in Geography from The George Washington University.
