Ann Brotherson

Ann Brotherson is a seasoned food safety consultant currently offering services through Serving it Safe with Ann, LLC since May 2023, including ServSafe certification courses and food safety audits. With extensive experience, Ann has served as a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor for the National Restaurant Association since February 2014 and held the position of Director of Nutrition Services at Great River Health from February 2016 to May 2023. Previous roles include Director of Dining Services K12 at Chartwells School Dining Services from November 2019 to January 2020, Food Program Consultant at AEA Purchasing from February 2014 to February 2016, and Food Service Director at Mt Pleasant Community School District High School from July 2004 to February 2014.
