Cluster Lead For Programs & Analysis at National Science Foundation

Anne Emig serves as the Cluster Lead for the Programs and Analysis Cluster in the Office of International Science and Engineering at the National Science Foundation (NSF) since 2005. In this role, Anne oversees various funding opportunities aimed at supporting international collaborations, particularly with Japan and other East Asian economies. Notable achievements include co-leading the Partnerships for International Research and Education (PIRE) program in 2010 and managing the East Asia & Pacific Summer Institutes (EAPSI) program from 2013 to 2017. Prior to joining NSF, Anne coordinated a trust fund program at the Inter-American Development Bank, facilitating knowledge exchange between East Asia and Latin America, and served as Program Manager at Columbia University Business School, overseeing operations and programs.
