Cecilia Speroni

Cecilia Speroni is an experienced evaluator currently working at the National Science Foundation (NSF) since January 2022. Alongside this role, Cecilia has served as a Research Affiliate in the Economics Department at UC Santa Barbara since July 2017. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Researcher and Deputy Director of STEM Research at Mathematica from October 2011 to December 2021, as well as a Research Associate at the Community College Research Center from 2007 to 2011 and the American Institutes for Research from 2003 to 2006. Cecilia holds a PhD in Economics and Education from Columbia University and a Licentiate degree in Political Science from Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
