Jennifer Carter

Jennifer Carter is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee benefits and retirement programs. Since March 2018, Jennifer has served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the National Science Foundation (NSF). Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at the Federal Maritime Commission as a Human Resources Specialist from April 2015 to March 2018, and at the USDA-ARS as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist from April 2014 to April 2015, where Jennifer supervised the Retirement & Benefits Section. Additionally, Jennifer spent over a decade at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in various HR roles focused on administering federal employee benefits and retirement programs. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Business Administration from American University.
