Munesh Makhija

Munesh Makhija is an accomplished expert currently serving at the National Science Foundation as part of the Directorate for Technology, Innovation and Partnerships since 2023, focusing on advancing use-inspired research in key technology areas. Makhija is also an Executive Industry Affiliate at Syracuse University's Snyder Innovation Management Center and a Board Advisor for Union College's initiatives in Engineering and Computer Science. Previously, Makhija held various leadership positions at GE Research, including Vice President of Advanced Technologies, where innovative strategies in precision health and energy transition were developed.
