Diego Faverio

Diego Faverio is an accomplished User Experience Designer with extensive experience in designing applications that enhance user satisfaction and ensure compliance. At the National Student Clearinghouse since May 2022, Diego has directed the design of the Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment Reporting application, successfully achieving reporting compliance for over 3,500 institutions. Additionally, Diego led the redesign of the Myhub application, ensuring both stability and user satisfaction. Previously, Diego served as a User Experience Designer and Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, where data management and actionable insights influenced academic programs. Earlier experiences include roles as a Visual Designer at The Zimmerman Agency and a Web Designer for The Florida College System, where Diego contributed to web and mobile product designs and improved usability. Diego holds a Master of Arts in Digital Media from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Information, Communication, and Technology from Florida State University.
