Emily C. is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in retail, business development, and illustration. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Pollock's Toy Museum Trust and as the Head of Retail at the National Theatre, Emily also operates as a Freelance Illustrator with an international representation by Spinning Yarn. In addition, Emily is the Company Director of Emily Maude, focusing on visual arts, illustration, and product development for global markets. With a history of freelance retail consulting that includes impactful roles at Compton Verney Art Gallery and Park, as well as Perennial, Emily has successfully leveraged data-driven insights to enhance sales and operational efficiency. Notably, Emily's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated during a critical fundraising initiative for The Charleston Trust, where significant funds were raised to prevent closure during the pandemic. Emily holds a BA in Illustration from the University of Brighton and a Foundation Diploma in Illustration from the University of Portsmouth.
