Frank O’connor

Frank O’Connor is the Director of Funding and Debt Management at the National Treasury Management Agency. Frank joined the Funding and Debt Management Unit in 2012 and was appointed Director in 2014. Prior to that he was Head of Treasury in the National Asset Management Agency. Funding and Debt Management is responsible for borrowing on behalf of the Irish Government and managing the National Debt to ensure liquidity for the Exchequer and to minimize the interest burden over the medium term.
