Rildo da Silva

Rildo Da Silva, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and mental health counseling. Currently serving as Senior Program Director at the National Youth Advocate Program since March 2020, Rildo has successfully led initiatives that have reunified over 1,500 children with their families, emphasizing operational excellence and compliance. Previous roles at NYAP include Program Director, Assistant Program Director, and Lead Case Manager, where responsibilities encompassed advocacy, program evaluation, and supervision of clinical staff. Rildo's background also includes clinical positions at Caliburn International and Homestead Behavior Clinic, as well as pastoral counseling for diverse immigrant populations. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Services at Albizu University, Rildo holds multiple degrees in mental health counseling, psychology, and theology.
