Rebecca Payne, MPH, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health and program evaluation. Currently serving as Senior Manager at the National Quality Forum since April 2020, Rebecca has previously held various roles within the organization, including Manager, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Rebecca's prior experience includes a research and evaluation internship at The Hunger Project, where contributions were made to a meta-synthesis project and quality assessments of program evaluations. As Project Coordinator/RA at UNC Connected Health, Rebecca managed projects focused on nutrition, physical activity, and cancer research. Additional roles include consulting for the Chatham County Council on Aging, serving as a Teaching Assistant at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, and fellowship work with Timmy Global Health.
