Chen-Hsun Lo

Chen-Hsun (Samuel) Lo has extensive experience in technology delivery and client services, currently serving as a Technology Delivery Lead at Nationwide since May 2021. In this role, Lo has established onboarding processes, created support programs for new Delivery Leads, and standardized reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
