Christie Huang

Christie Huang is a legal professional currently serving as Counsel at Nationwide since January 2025, providing legal counsel for the investment business. Prior to this role, Christie worked at Mercer from October 2022 to January 2025 as Investments Counsel for Private Markets, managing outside counsel on private market investment activities and advising on deal structuring and compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP from May 2021 to October 2022, where representation involved a diverse array of clients in real property transactions, and at Squire Patton Boggs from September 2018 to May 2021, focusing on investments and syndications for private joint ventures. Christie earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Penn State Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Ohio State University.
