Lia Easler

Lia Easler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the insurance and banking industries. Since March 2022, Lia has served as Associate Vice President at Nationwide, following a series of similar roles at Nationwide Financial and Nationwide Insurance. With a strong focus on strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and budget management, Lia has consistently contributed to enhanced associate engagement and customer experiences. Prior roles include Director of Property & Casualty Personal Lines Processing, where Lia managed key operational functions, and various leadership positions at Bank of America, including Vice President of Customer Satisfaction and Vice President of Sales. Lia holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma from The University of Akron and is an alumnus of Case Western Reserve University.
