Jolanta Nowak is an experienced professional with a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza. Currently serving as a People and Payroll Administrator and previously as a Housekeeping Manager at Native since July 2019, Jolanta has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, induction processes, and cost management while ensuring high room standards in collaboration with Hotel Management. Prior to this role, Jolanta worked as a New Opening Manager at WGC Limited in early 2019, where responsibilities included managing action plans and completing necessary Health and Safety documentation. Jolanta also brings extensive operational experience from a long tenure as an Operations Manager at Whitbread from October 2006 to December 2018.
